We will work closely with you to develop the software application that you require.

Development Includes

	All programming time to produce a standalone application and completion of the product.
	All reports and printouts.
	Help text for each application.
	Runtime software for database access and reports that are free from additional licensing.
	Setup and installation software to install your application from a CD-ROM.
	Software support.

Copyright

Software copyright is usually retained by Bygraph. The client may distribute the product freely without additional charge or royalty payments.

Support

Usually free for 3 months Thereafter £ 50.00 per annum per copy supported for telephone support (may be discounted for larger sites).

Support for customers without a support contract is charge at £ 15.00 / hr (min. £15).

Distribution and Sales

At the discretion of the customer. On final payment of development costs the customer will have the right to sell or distribute their custom software without additional charges. However support for such distributed copies will not be supplied by us without a support agreement between the new user(s) and ourselves.
