BeOnGuard

BeOnGuard has been designed for use by security guard companies to help them by automating the preparation of guard and client rosters, and production of invoices based on the roster details.

 

Time and Billing

This application suite enables client details and projects to be entered. Time may be recorded against a project and time sheets can then be used as the basis for automated invoicing.

 

Screen Saver

The screen saver displays bitmap images. The time delay, size, sequence and screen location can be set using the screen savers properties box.  

 

Stamp Database

Stamp details, prices and images can be recorded for later display and indexing.  

 

Stocks and Shares

Keep track of stock and share prices, portfolios, accounts and press comments and display the details in graph form.  

 

Video / Recording Database

Keep track of your video, record, tape or other recorded material.  Identify free space and recording condition along with specific details about the recording.

 

Messaging  and Notes

Share and send messages on a network or keep notes and reminders for yourself.
