The messaging application can be used on a single PC or networked. When network additional licenses may be required. The Network version is supplied with 12 licenses one of which is the administrator. The single user has two licenses one of which is also the administrator. Messaging is also integrated into the our Practice Database suite of programs. The application enables messages to be sent between users and notes to be left as reminders for yourself. All messages and notes can be dated for future viewing and will remain hidden until the specified date. This can be useful where you need reminders about appointments or birthdays, but do want to see a large number of messages every day. It also possible to automatically delete messages after a pre-specified time period. A sample of the main display window is shown below.
Incoming messages are displayed in a pop-up window as shown below. The user is informed when new messages arrive.
