DirectoriesBefore proceeding you should be aware that files will be copied into two directories on your hard disk. The Shares.ini file contains the default settings and is placed in your C:\Windows directory.
Do not proceed with the installation if you already have a file called Shares.ini in your Windows directory that belongs to another program. If you proceed with the installation the existing file will be overwritten, contact us for advice.
All other files are placed in the installation directory of your choosing. The default installation directory is C:\Shares unless you change it.

You will be informed when the installation is complete. Once the setup program has closed down you will normally be left with a group box on the screen containing the icons for this application and its associated help files.
If you are using Windows 95 or above the items in the group box will also appear in your start menu.
You can print a copy of the help files to build up a manual when required.
