This Base64 application is provided FREE to use.
It is a sample application that can be used to extract embedded encrypted files from:
- Emails saved as .EML files
- Microsoft web pages .MHT files
- or any other file format that includes embed files using a MIME formatted Base64 encoding system.
If you encounter a different format that is not extracted by this application. Please let us know using the feedback form on the contact page.
The application will run on most 32 bit Windows operating systems from Windows98 upwards.
Should you decide to use this sample application:

- We do not provide support for sample application, however we do encourage feedback.

The application can be downloaded by clicking the link on the right hand margin. Save it in a folder of your choice. You can place the executable in any folder on your PC from which you can applications.
The application runs independently from other programs and does not require any additional DLL's or support files. However if you are using older versions of Windows you may need to install some of Microsoft's C++ 6.0 runtime files. These files are made available for download from our runtime page. It is normally considered safe to install Microsoft runtime files. However should not over-write newer versions of the same files on your system.
Many of the OCX and DLL files form part of the operating system. They may require additional installation steps, such registering them with the system.

Development DLL - If you need an encryption or decryption routing for use in your C++ projects we can supply you with a DLL to assist with these tasks or a code fragment to suit your needs.
Extracting all Contents - Applications are also available to extract all contents of a file.
For example when extracting an Email (.eml) the Text and HTML portions can also be extracted and saved in individual files along with any other embedded objects that are not Base64 encoded.
