Bygraph provides a wide range of services which include:
- Support is normally available 7 days a week to all customers from 9 am to 9 pm
- When telephone support is not available customers are welcome to email us or leave a message on the answer phone
- Responce is normally within 4 hours during normal support times and within 18 hours out side of the support hours
- Special support can be provided when requested by the customers .
